Ready to move from surviving to thriving?

When fighting cancer, medical teams are incredible at treating the disease. But there’s a hidden struggle we call the “Trauma Void”, the feeling of being lost and isolated as your identity shifts during and after a diagnosis.

Soul Anatomy Group is the crucial “missing piece.” We don’t provide medical treatment; we offer the emotional support and structure a woman needs to rebuild her life and sense of self alongside her clinical care.

Our Story

Filling the “Trauma Void”

The Soul Anatomy Group was born from a deeply personal understanding of the “Trauma Void.” The founder, a qualified Master Life Coach, faced her own diagnosis in November 2023, which led to a bilateral mastectomy and subsequent treatment. This lived experience became the fuel for creating the support structure she realised was missing in her own journey.

She is surrounded by  a trusted circle of “God-sent women” who share her vision. The Soul Anatomy Group is therefore powered by a collaborative team of professional women, including qualified counsellors, pastors, life coaches, facilitators, and therapists. Together, this diverse and deeply committed team forms the backbone of the Soul Anatomy Group, ensuring comprehensive, empathetic, and professional support for every woman we serve.

Our Vision and Mission

Building a Foundation of Strength

Our Mission is to empower the spirit while fully respecting the medical journey by:
Offering Emotional Support: We validate feelings of loss and anxiety through empathetic, high-quality content that makes you feel less alone.
Nature as part of the healing: We have walking groups that do short but beautiful nature walks together, where you and your friends can join in support, solidarity, and for your health in nature.
Providing Practical Tools: We offer functional recovery items and apparel designed for dignity, addressing the small but painful details hospitals often miss.
Coaching for Control: We use different forms of coaching, including a mini coaching virtual Morning Grace Group and a One-On-One virtual coaching option, to build and support.

Our Vision is to be the global go-to for emotional support outside of medicine for breast cancer, giving every woman a ‘Soul Anatomy Group’ roadmap that runs parallel to her medical plan so she never feels alone.

This core belief guides everything we do, shifting the patient’s experience from being merely “treated” to being truly “held” with Grace.

Our Ecosystem

A Multi-Layered Support System

The Soul Anatomy Group “Core Hub” is a continuous support loop. Each part works with the others, creating a professional space where medical needs are clearly separate from emotional care.

The Voice (Media): Our Podcast and Blog connect patients and build understanding. We feature high-quality episodes with experts (oncologists, nurses) to establish credibility, alongside survivor stories that normalise the emotional experience.
The Comfort (Shop): Our “Dignity by Design” approach offers Practical Recovery Products. These items are made specifically for the mastectomy journey, using comforting textures and designs instead of clinical looks, so the patient feels cared for, not just examined.
The Guidance (Services): Led by qualified counsellors and life coaches, we offer One-on-One Strategy and Group Support. These sessions are based on years of experience and insight from women living with breast cancer being assisted by these coaches. We also offer an accredited cancer coaching course for counsellors and life coaches working with women living with breast cancer.
The Safety Net (Network): Our website acts as a Digital Sanctuary & Quick Triage Center. We use a strict “Referral Interface” to make sure women quickly find the right professional for their needs, whether it’s a Trauma Therapist, Psychologist, Pastor, etc.

Scope of Practice

Our Ethical Boundaries

We prioritise the highest professional and ethical standards. We follow a “Modesty Mandate” in our look and strict “Golden Rules” in our practice to protect both the client and the medical process.

The Four Golden Rules
Coaching Only: We focus entirely on the “now” and the “next.” We are future-focused, helping with coping and planning, and never interfere with the medical “past.”
No Medical Advice: All content is for education and emotional preparation only. We have clear disclaimers that we are not oncology providers.
Referral Protocols: We use a “Red Flag Protocol” for immediate assistance. If a client shows signs of acute trauma or has medical questions, we immediately refer them to our network of qualified professionals.
Data Privacy: We use professional-grade security systems for secure client notes and encrypted transactions.

What We Are vs. What We Are Not
WE ARE a Qualified Coaching service for patients and caregivers.
WE ARE a hub for educational preparation and emotional support.
WE ARE a provider of practical tools for energy management and recovery.
WE ARE NOT a substitute for doctors, oncologists, or surgeons.
WE ARE NOT clinical therapists (who process the deep past).
WE ARE NOT a medical service provider.
